BJ Foster is a transformational coach inspiring women to confront the chains that bind us and to rise above trauma to purpose. Stand firm then and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery” has become her anthem for guiding women to choose freedom over devastation.

BJ currently serves as a student advocate for children living in poverty with the nationally recognized nonprofit organization Communities In Schools. Leaving no bridge unsearched or shelter unvisited where an at-risk child dwells, her mission is to shine light on those often unseen. Her workshop, “The Invisible Kids, Drawing Outside the Lines’ has gained nationwide recognition in schools and colleges as a tool helping trauma impacted students find their inner voices. In 2023 her “I See You’ Poverty Simulator was chosen by the National Juvenile Justice Center for Family Court as an empathy training vehicle for family judges across America. 

BJ’s greatest joy however, is sitting with family at the end of a long day working a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle and talking about the goodness of God.
