  • What time zone is the conference taking place in?

  • Is it possible for me to attend the conference in person?
    Sorry no, this is an online-only conference.
  • Who is this conference for?
    A full description of the conference can be found on our homepage. Due to the sensitive nature of this conference, we recommend that women age 18+ attend.
  • What platform is being used for this conference? What equipment do I need?
    All classes and breakout sessions will take place using Zoom. For the best experience, we highly recommend attending Beloved and Dignified using either a laptop or desktop, however mobile devices will work, too.
  • Are there any geographic limitations to who can attend this conference?
    Because of restrictions related to Zoom, women in the following area will not be permitted to attend: Cuba: For regulatory reasons, users in this country are currently unable to access Zoom services. Iran: For regulatory reasons, users in this country are currently unable to access Zoom services. North Korea: For regulatory reasons, users in this country are currently unable to access Zoom services.   • If I register, will I have access to the recordings later?
    Sorry, no. Due to the sensitive nature of the topics discussed at this conference, these sessions will not be recorded and there will not be a digital pass.
  • Will interpretation (translation) services be offered?
    Yes, we are planning to offer interpretation for all three keynotes and the three classes in the International category. All other classes will be presented in English only.
  • On the registration form, I see that all registrations have to go through PayPal. Do I need a PayPal account to register?
    For accounting reasons, we do need to use PayPal as the payment processor, which means that all payments are processed through PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account you can still register, however PayPal will create an account for you as part of the checkout process. After you complete your registration, you can use the PayPal account for other transactions, or delete it if you wish.
  • If I want to watch the conference with a friend, is it OK us to purchase one registration to watch together?
    Yes, the registration fee is per device, not per person.
  • The registration fee for the conference is beyond my means. Is there an option for a reduced rate?
    1. Split the fee with a few friends and host a watch party. The registration fee is per device, not per person, so if you and a few of your friends can agree on which breakouts you would like to attend, you can purchase one registration, divide the fee among the attendees, and then watch the conference together on one device. In this case, one person would complete the actual registration and the other would reimburse this person for their share of the fee. ​ 2. Request a donated registration. We are currently accepting donations from our attendees to assist those who may want to attend the conference but have limited financial means. Complete this form if you would like to request a donated registration. Requests will be reviewed and approved based on funds availability, up to 48 hours prior to the conference. While anyone is welcome to apply, priority will be given to those who reside in countries with developing economies.
  • I would like to make a donation to help someone attend! How do I do that?
    At the time that you register, you can select the "Beloved Angel" option to donate a registration to someone in need. View our Registration Page for more details and to access the registration form.
  • If I need to cancel, can I get a refund on my registration?
    Registrations are non-refundable once completed, but they are transferrable. Should you decide to cancel, you can email us to have your registration transferred to a different attendee of your choice.
