In January 1992, Angel DeLory became a Christian in Dallas, TX. She was a single mom when she met and married Matt in 1995. Together, they have three wonderful children and three intentionally spoiled grandchildren. A US Army veteran, Angel now works in Real Estate. They have a son who is same-sex attracted and married his high school partner. This journey has been challenging, teaching her to love at a whole new level. She enjoys connecting with other parents navigating similar experiences with their children. The Strength in Weakness community was incredibly helpful and encouraging as they began this journey. Angel is deeply grateful to walk alongside others who share this same path.

Kathy and Angel will share their stories of having children who came out and the path of faith and love that has become the foundation of this time. From feeling isolated and grieving to being part of a dynamic parents ministry in Strength in Weakness, they will share how they have built bridges with their children and have discovered newfound strength and community support, transforming their grief into a journey of hope and connection.
